テトリスに似たパズルゲームで、任天堂のマスコットキャラクターであるマリオが医者として登場します。ゲームプレイは、両面に色が付いたビタミンカプセルを、薬瓶を模した幅8ブロック×高さ16ブロックのフィールドに落とし、3色のウイルスを消していくというものです。
