Primary Console Compatibility

Please verify compatibility before purchase.

  • Xbox 360: Fits most Philips-LiteOn, BenQ, and some Hitachi drives use a round belt for the tray.

  • Sega CD (Model 1): The front-loading Sega CD. Some use a square 1.2mm but this round is a commonly used replacement to ensure the tray has enough grip to "lock" at the end of the track.

  • 3DO (Panasonic FZ-1 & FZ-10): Both the front-loader and top-loader for the drive timing and tray mechanisms.

  • PlayStation 2 (Fat models): Some later "Fat" PS2 revisions (like the 3900x series).

  • Philips CD-i: Specifically the front-loading 200-series models (210, 220).

Audio & PC Hardware Compatibility

  • Walkman / Portable Cassette: High-end Sony WM-series and AIWA portables.

  • Turntables: Specifically "Mini" or "Midi" shelf-system turntables (like those from Aiwa, Sony, or Sharp).

  • Vintage PC CD-ROM/DVD Drives: Most tray-loading PC drives (5.25" bay).

I was honestly expecting a gamble when I ordered a generic belt, but the 1.2mm thickness fit my Philips-LiteOn tray perfectly and it’s been opening smooth for a week now. Sega CD owners should double-check their drive type first, but for the Xbox 360 this is a solid cheap fix.

My Xbox 360 tray was slamming shut randomly and this 1.2mm round belt fixed it perfectly, took under ten minutes to swap out. Glad I checked the compatibility list for my LiteOn drive first, but once I did it was smooth sailing.
