It’s genuinely the whole 80s cabinet squeezed into something I can cup in one hand, and the tiny screen somehow keeps all the original charm intact. I’ve already lost an hour to it on my lunch break, and the nostalgia hit is stronger than I expected.
The controls are surprisingly responsive for something this small, and the whole thing feels solid enough to toss in a pocket. Pulled it out at a party and we all ended up taking turns on Mappy for an hour straight. It’s a proper little time machine.
The sound effects and chiptune music are spot-on nostalgic, and the tiny joystick is surprisingly responsive for its size. I've been playing it during my commute and it genuinely feels like holding a piece of the arcade in my hand.
